Halloween is one of our favorite times of year. It’s not just for the candy and license to be someone else for the day. It’s really about dogs in costume. If there’s ever going to be a time to dress up your dog without people thinking you’re crazy, this is it. Lucky for us, there are lots of dog-friendly Halloween activities taking place in Brooklyn this weekend.
